Marvel’s Newest Stormbreaker Variants Highlights Earth’s Mightiest Pets

Every month so far this year, Marvel has given its Stormbreaker class of spotlight artists an assignment for new variant covers. In August, we get the Avengers and X-Men’s furry and feathered friends!
The Stormbreaker class of 2023 includes Lucas Werneck, Nic Klein, Elena Casagrande, Jan Bazaldua, CF Villa, Chris Allen, Martin Coccolo, and Federico Vincentini. With the cult-favorite Pet Avengers returning in their own series in August in Marvel Unleashed (see what they did there?), it’s a great time to give them a spotlight
The eight covers will find animal characters like Goose, Lockjaw, Redwing and Throg teaming up with Marvel’s biggest heroes- Captain Marvel, the X-Men, Black Panther, Ion man and more!
