‘Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden’ Releases November 7th

Revealed during The Game Awards last year, developer DONTNOD and publisher Focus Entertainment have announced Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is releasing November 7th.
An action RPG, players take on the role of Antea Duarte and Red mac Raith, lovers who also operate as ghost-hunters called Banishers. When Antea is transformed into a ghost herself, the two of them travel on a quest to discover a way fix what’s happened to her.
This represents DONTNOD’s second attempt at an action-RPG, with the first one being 2018’s Vampyr, which released to moderate reviews and sales. Since then, the developer’s built their rep off games like Tell Me Why and Life is Strange 2. Hopefully this game can successfully merge the narrative and choice-driven elements of those games with satisfying combat to create a new classic for them.
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden launches for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, and PC on Steam.
