Johnny Cage Takes Center Stage in ‘Mortal Kombat Legends: Cage Match’

Mortal Kombat Legends has been a surprisingly fun and consistently bloody adaptation of the beloved video game series. Following up the previous films Scorpion’s Revenge, Battle for the Realms, and Snow Blind, Mortal Kombat Legends: Cage Match shifts its focus to the breakout character of Johnny Cage. I love the retrowave aesthetic applied to the MK universe. I’d love to see more Mortal Kombat Legends films– perhaps one that focuses on the next generation combatants led by Cassie Cage.
