Dark Horse Direct And CD Projekt Red Add More ‘Witcher’ Collectibles To Their Roster

I really like the lore of The Witcher. I was never able to get into the video games like other people I know. The monsters and art direction are amazing. The story is a ton of fun, and I really like the personalities of the characters, but I think there was a skill disconnect there for me and somewhere between having to switch between swords, manage the different mutation abilities, and the potions and such I just kind of lost interest in trying.

When this sort of thing happens I don’t lose too much sleep, as we live in a world where YouTube has a library of people who play games and don’t scream at me every 10 seconds to “smash that like button.” I end up getting to listen to the lore and experience, at least in a roundabout way, the happenings of these amazing projects as others get to enjoy them.

I also get hooked on things like the characters and the art. I buy art books, comics, and merch for myself and my family who enjoy the world, even if I am not skilled enough to hack my way through some werewolves and harpies.

Right now Dark Horse Direct and CD Projekt Red have some really cool statues coming out based on The Witcher – Wild Hunt. First up is the above Ciri. Ciri has bold red-and-gold tones woven into her outfit inspired by the Alternative Look DLC. The figure and base stand approximately 9” tall and can be preordered while supplies last at this link!

Next up from the world of The Witcher, we have Eredin, The Wild Hunt King, standing approximately 8″ tall on a 1.5″ base. Eredin is not only a really cool villain visually, but those familiar with the story from the game know that he is one nasty piece of work and a formidable foe. Rounding out this recent offering from Dark Horse Direct is Imlerith, right-hand of The Wild Hunt King, and frequent foe of Geralt. Imlerith became obsessed with delivering Ciri to Eredin so that her powers could be used to increase The Wild Hunt King’s sway over the world. This PVC figure stands 9” tall on a 1.5” high base and includes an interchangeable head and battle helmet! You can order Imlerith while supplies last at this link.
