Darkseid Is … In The Teaser For ‘Kite Man: Hell Yeah!’

Despite everything stacked against him, Kite Man (Matt Oberg) is getting his own animated series — Kite Man: Hell Yeah!
Set in the same reality as Max’s Harley Quinn, Kite Man has bought the villains bar, Noonan’s, intending to run it with his new main squeeze, Golden Glider (Cathy Ang). But life is rarely so simple for the kite-themed bad guy. And as the age-restricted trailer above reveals, his early days of restaurant management will be filled with Bane (James Adomian), a visit from Harley (Kaley Cuoco), assorted mayhem, and … Darkseid (Keith David)!?
It is unclear why the Alpha Predator is preparing for all-out war, but will it be Kite Man’s task to face the Tiger Force at the Core of All Things? Maybe he just had an apokalyptic bar tab with Noonan’s previous owners. Either way, the two are on a collision course and we can’t wait to see how it turns out.
The voice cast also includes Natasia Demetriou as Malice, Janelle James as Queen of Fables, Jonathan Banks as Noonan, Michael Imperioli as Joe and Moe Dubelz, Rory Scovel as Gus the Goon, Lance Reddick as Lex Luthor, and Judith Light as Helen Villigan.
Kite Man: Hell Yeah! comes to Max in 2024.
