I hope you’re all having a good weekend out there, ever you may be. Personally I full of cold, so feeling a little bit sorry for myself. But, whether your healthy or not, I hope to cheer you up with our regular round up of popular posts from the past week:

  1. NYCC is nearly upon us and IDW Publishing announced their plans this past week. Read them here.
  2. Plus, there was the announcement that Tom Hiddleston (Loki) would be in attendance too. As reported by Anton Kromoff.
  3. Anton also interviewed Robert Jordan’s The Wheel of Time comic book writer, Rik Hoskin here. The first of two interviews to make it onto this week’s list.
  4. The second being by Tom Smithyman, who caught up with good friend of Comicon.com, Dan Panosian, to discuss his new writing gig on Red Sonja, from Dynamite, Check it out here.
  5. Tony Thornley reported on Wendy’s and DC Entertainment teaming up for a set of new mystery box toys here.
  6. Tony also reported on Salt Lake City Comics’ support for artist Adrian Ropp, who is currently recovering from a very expensive surgery. More details here.
