Shepard Statue Stalks Into Action From Dark Horse And BioWare
by Anton Kromoff
Welcome to the table,
Mass Effect 3 came out in 2012. The fact that is over a decade ago is blowing my mind. I still think not being able to save everyone, including the weird little Mordin, upset me and I took a major break from the game for a long while. With the new teases out about a new game, I have been thinking about it more, and with Dark Horse Direct doing such epic statues of Shepard, it’s kind of really making me want to play again.

Dark Horse Direct and BioWare are teaming up to release the first-ever Mass Effect sixth-scale statue featuring Commander Shepard. This statue draws inspiration from the Mass Effect 3 cover art as well as key concept art from the game and was designed to reflect Commander Shepard’s grit and determination to defend the galaxy.

Wiping the blood of her enemies from her face and primed with her omni-blade, this rendering of Shepard is very striking. The Omni-blade was always one of my favorite tools from the game and it really comes across in vivid detail in this sculpt.

This statue is crafted of polyresin, designed by the masters at Gentle Giant Studios and is limited to just 1000 units. It stands 12 inches head to toe on a 1.5-inch tall, 6.5-inch diameter base. You can place your pre-order at this link and pre-orders placed by November 13th, 2023 will receive $20 off.
Until next time, still would have liked to have run tests on seashells.
