William Shatner Is The Latest Star To Appear On ‘Batman/Superman: World’s Finest’ This March

Mark Waid and Dan Mora’s Batman/Superman: World’s Finest reaches its 25th issue this March and to celebrate we’ll be getting a very special story and a very special cover, featuring none other than William Shatner. Captain Kirk’s appearance follows in the footsteps of Superman fans, comedian Jerry Seinfeld and actor Nicolas Cage as well as musicians Paul McCartney and Jack White.
The special story that marks this milestone issue is a modern retelling/reimagining of the very first meeting between The Joker and Lex Luthor in an oversized issue.
Plus, before that there’s Batman/Superman: World’s Finest Annual featuring Doom-Mite and kicking off the next story-arc in this fun, retro-fitting series.
