There’s Still Time To Enter The 2024 Pokémon Illustration Contest!
by Anton Kromoff
Welcome to the table,
Collectible card games have always gone hand in hand with art in my world. I remember trying to draw all the Pokémon my friends had on their cards. As a child, I could not figure out how the artists on the Magic: The Gathering cards and Pokémon cards got the art so small but I tried and tried again to get microscopic details. It wouldn’t be until my late teens that I figured out it was part of a larger printing process, but man, wanting to draw those cards was something that fascinated me.
