Titan Comics Announces New Graphic Novel Set In The Liverpool Of The ’80s, ‘Anfield Road’

Ahh, Liverpool. Like so many cities of the early 21st century, Liverpool is a thriving hub of creativity and cool bars but it wasn’t always like this. The Liverpool I frequently visited in the eighties was a cesspit of poverty, urban decay and tragedy, with the Hillsborough disaster that still hurts to this day. So, I for one am looking forward to investigating the newly announced graphic novel, Anfield Road, by Chris Sheperd, a coming-of-age drama set in that era.
