Build Up Your Undead Hordes With WizKids’ ‘Ghouls & Ghasts’ Miniatures

Welcome to the table,

Some monsters instantly evoke the tabletop role-playing space. Beholders, Mimics, and Dimiliches are easily at the top of that list. While those creatures are amazing, iconic, and a ton of fun to weave into your story, there are a handful of monsters that I will always put into my campaigns. I love their abilities, the mood they strike, and how much fun they can be to challenge your players with.

Ghouls and Ghasts are in my top ten creatures from that list and seeing the new Ghouls & Ghasts mini-pack from WizKids has already got me plotting out some upcoming encounters.

These minis come in a four-pack with two ghouls and 2 ghasts, all prepainted and ready to drop at the weekly gaming table. I love the blind boxes from WizKids, but when they put out packs like this, it makes it way easier to build out an undead army for larger group encounters. While a higher level party could deal with a small gang of Ghouls quickly, if you start increasing their numbers you could really disrupt party tactics and add some moments of worry to even the most skilled players combat rotation.
