After the overwhelming success of Poor Things, Yorgos Lanthimos has become a bold new creative voice in independent cinema. His new film, Kinds of Kindness, features some favorite actors from his previous films, including Emma Stone and Willem Dafoe. Your guess is as good as mine as to what the film is about. Judging by the trailer and Lanthimos’s filmography, we can expect a dark comedy that satirizes romantic and interpersonal relationships in present day.
