‘Metaphor: ReFantazio’ Brings Players “New Beginnings” In Animated Trailer

Atlus has released an animated trailer for their upcoming fantasy JRPG, Metaphor: ReFantazio. Entitled “New Beginnings,” the trailer focuses on the protagonist and his partner, Gallica, reaching the Royal Capital, Grand Trad. It’s only two minutes, but it still shows off the stunning amount of work that Studio Zero have put into this world.

This comes just a day after doing another “exclusive showcase” for the game, showing off more about the characters, including some of the election candidates the protagonist will have to deal with during the game.

At over eighteen minutes, it’s stuffed with enough information on the game that players who’ve already made up their mind might even want to skip it to dodge spoilers. For everyone else though, this is one more chance to delve into the world since the game isn’t out yet.

Metaphor: ReFantazio releases October 11th for PlayStation consoles, Xbox Series, the Microsoft Store, and Steam.
