‘Fairy Tail 2’ Comes To Consoles And PC On December 13

Gust and Koei-Tecmo have announced Fairy Tail 2, the sequel to the Fairy Tail RPG from 2020, is releasing December 13th, 2024. After adapting both the Grand Magic Games and the Tartaros arc in the first game, the second game returns to adapt the Alvarez Empire arc. The last arc of the main series, the Alvarez Empire arc sees Fairy Tail battle against the Empire’s strongest warriors, the Spriggan 12.
That won’t be the only story though, as there’s an original story, “Key to the Unknown”, set after the original series. While the trailers haven’t been shy about showing the Alvarez Empire arc, so far they’ve been rather quiet on showing any of the new content. Hopefully it ends on a good enough note to finish the game on.
Fairy Tail 2 is releasing for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Steam, and Nintendo Switch.
