Marco Cárdenas is a 2D animator working within the indie animation scene. In his latest animated short, we follow a cheerful debt collector working for a shady money lender. The whole animated short reminded me of visually Panty and Stocking along with the chill vibes of Cowboy Bebop. It makes great use of limited animation and minimalist character designs. Fresh, funny, and dynamic I can’t wait to see what Cárdenas comes up with next.
