Hasbro Pulse 2024: Classic Robots In Disguise!

by Anton Kromoff

Welcome to the table,

I’ve fallen asleep for the last few nights watching Transformers animated series episodes and I’m sure it’s because I have been so excited by all the bots showcased at this years Hasbro Pulse 2024.

First up is this big-old-bummy Ramjet. If he is your favorite, I mean, no offense, but anyone who knows bots knows this goofball has more than a few screws loose. He earned those loose screws in some really amusing ways. For instance, the first time we see Ramjet on screen he’s on a raid taking energon cubes from Dinobot Island. The Dinobots turn their fellow dinosaurs against Ramjet and his squad and he and Thrust get trampled by dinosaurs until Megatron calls the raid off. Being run over by a stampede of dinosaurs is a great reason to not exactly be “all there.”

The Legacy United Voyager Class G1 Universe Ramjet has two blaster accessories that attach in both bot and jet mode, and features articulated heads, arms, and legs for maximum shelf display posing. You can pre-order this bucket of loose bolts at this link.

Next on the stack is the golden-good-boy Bumblebee. Our best little buddy is in his original form for this Legacy Deluxe Class edition. I love this version. Not only do we get him in battle ready bot form with a blaster and 5 energy conductor to capture his moments in the original series where he was carrying around those orange energon tubes, but we also get the super sweet hovercraft spaceship form.

This thing is so rad looking. You can pre order at this link.

Next up is the Transformers Legacy Deluxe Class Autobot Cosmos. Cosmos is a fun addition. In bot form he has one of my favorite bot looks. It’s humanoid, for sure, but it has this retro almost science fantasy feel to it. In vehicle form he’s a flying saucer. That alone is such a goofy, fun thing to think about. Here in this landscape of actual giant alien robots there is a UFO looking transformer who can float around behind cars at night freaking them out and making them thing something is about to abduct them in a corn field.

You can pre-order this little friend at the link.

Next on the stack we have the Transformers Legacy Deluxe Class Breakdown. The 90’s-vibe colors on this bot are so fun. Breakdown is part of the Stunticons, five borderline chaotic Decepticon automobiles that can combine to form Menasor.

The vehicle mode of this brightly colored bot is also super slick, you can pre order at the link.

Last up is the Transformers Legacy Deluxe Class Armada Universe Wheeljack. This bot has a killer paint job, a rad little rip in the hood exposing some bot internals. Two fighting sticks, a blaster, and one heck of a legacy as a fan favorite in the transformer community.

You can grab one of your own at this link while supplies last!

Okay, that is a ton of bot content for you! More to come from Hasbro Pulse 2024!

Until next time, what new Transformers are you most looking forward to?
