‘The Crow’ Remake Will Live Again On 4K UHD Steelbook, Blu-ray, And DVD

Buildings burn, people die, but physical media is forever. After a very long journey to the big screen — and an embarrassing box office run — the recent remake of The Crow is now migrating to 4K UHD Steelbook, Blu-ray, and DVD.
Based on James O’Barr‘s indie 1989 graphic novel, The Crow re-tells the tragic love story of young, tattooed soulmates Eric (Bill Skarsgård) and Shelly (FKA twigs), who are brutally murdered when their sorted past catches up with them. Aided by a supernatural crow, Eric is given the chance to get leather-clad revenge from beyond the grave.
As you may have heard, The Crow was previously made into a hit movie in 1994, starring the late Brandon Lee as the titular character.
Directed by Rupert Sanders, who seems to have a knack for “reimagining” old properties including Snow White and the Huntsman and Ghost in the Shell, The Crow also stars Josette Simon, Laura Birn, and Sami Bouajila.
Special features include a six-part documentary on the making of The Crow, plus three more featurettes, deleted scenes, and the theatrical trailer.
The Crow is now available on digital and you’ll be able to fire it up on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on November 5th.
