Combine Dance Battles And Giant Robots In ‘Steel Century Groove’

Developer Sloth Gloss Games have decided to take mecha in a groovy new direction with their upcoming rhythm RPG, Steel Century Groove. The title takes place in the distant future, where humanity uses giant robots for dance battles.

Players will be able to collect different mechs and customize them how they want as they dance their way through tough opponents. Interestingly, players won’t just have to listen to the music of the game, as Steel Century Groove promises the ability to include dancing to one’s own mp3s during the game. It’s not only about dancing though, as there’s a story to follow beyond just trying to become the mecha dancing champion.

Steel Century Groove is scheduled to launch in 2025 for Steam, with a free to play adventure, Steel Century Groove: Midnight, available for players to check out now on Steam as well.
