Titan Comics And Legendary Return To Skull Island This Summer

The Monsterverse continues to expand across multiple platforms. We had recently had Monarch: Legacy of Monsters on Apple TV and before that we had Netflix’s Skull Island: The Animated Series. And now Titan Comics and Legendary Comics are contuining on from the animated show with a comic book series — Return to Skull Island — and a first look.
But first, a trailer:
“Return to Skull Island features a group of survivors stranded on the perilous South Pacific Island. As they uncover its dark secrets, they face life-threatening challenges and fight for survival in a land where every creature is a threat – including Kong himself!”
The comic series is written by Simon Furman (Transformers) and illustrated by Christopher Jones (Doctor Who: Once Upon a Time Lord). Return to Skull Island #1 is out on Wednesday on June 18th from Titan Comics.
