Skybound And eBay Team Up For ‘Invincible Universe: Battle Beast Comic Trading Packs’

Skybound/Image’s Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #1 has already had 400,000 copies order (will even that be enough to stop it from selling out, though?) and now comes even more news: Skybound and eBay are teaming up for a special release of Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #1 Comic Trading Packs.
Inspired by Skybound’s Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #1 Blind Bags – where you can get the chance to get any of the solicited covers from A through I – the comic trading packs include three comics and are only available on eBay Live. The first comic will be one of the blind bags mentioned in my write-up here, with the second being an eBay exclusive variant, with art by artist, Pete Carroll (available in either full art or foil full art). The third and final comic an Invincible comic that can come from any era spanning the history of the Invincible Universe, even the odd rare comic, variants, signed copies and even 1/1 artist sketch covers.
It’s all up for grabs on eBay Live on Wednesday 14th June – when the debut issue drops in comic shops – and hosted by comic seller, Shawn “Big Clutch” Kirkham. Then, on Thursday, May 15th, during “Comic Book Thursday”, a weekly series hosted on eBay Live featuring exclusive and rare comics, select sellers will host special comic trading pack break shows. And with just 1000 copies of these Invincible Universe: Battle Beast Comic Trading Packs, they’re going to be hot property, I reckon.
So, count yourself warned and be ready to get involved.
