Dimension 20 Brings The Battle To The Hollywood Bowl With A Rumble In The Chungle

Dimension 20’s Fantasy High is easily one of the most watched things in my office. For those who are not familiar, Dimension 20, Dropout’s anthology actual play show is essentially all those awesome teen movies from the 80s mashed up with Dungeons & Dragons. It’s fun, chaotic, and can get incredibly heartfelt at times. The players are some of the best to roll dice in the actual-play space and consistently bring their improve and storytelling talents to the table time after time.
As someone who has rolled dice at the table for as long as I can remember, I can safely say that if there was ever a collection of players I wanted to watch roll dice in person, this is that table. So it is very cool to be able to tell those of you in the Los Angeles area that you have an opportunity to check out a live, and in cannon, game from this talented team at Dimension 20 Lives Battle at the Bowl.
Coming off the heels of their wildly popular Madison Square Garden show on Jan 24, 2025, the talented table of players are about to roll dice live and in person once more this time in a canonical battle between my favorite recurring villain of the series, the gnome pirate Chungledown Bim, and Lou Wilson‘s character Fabian Seacaster the half-elf battle-master and son of the legendary Bill Seacaster.
Chungledown Bim, Bimothy to those who are in the know, is an absolutely unhinged monster who has plagued Fabian and in turn Lou since his introduction and this upcoming live show at the Hollywood Bowl is said to result in either the death of Chungledown or Fabian if the YouTube short is to be believed… and I believe it.
It will be heartbreaking to lose Fabian if that happens, but I will also be super sad if we lose Cungledown as he is one of, if not my very favorite villain from the series and the energy that Brennan Lee Mulligan gives to him is nothings short of a master class in how to make a monster memorable.
