Guillermo del Toro is a director who’s been obsessed with monsters from an early age. Images of the malformed, unloved, and misunderstood have haunted his rich filmography for decades. Now with Frankenstein, it appears that del Toro is finally bringing his magnum opus to audiences. The film stars Oscar Isaac, Jacob Elordi, Mia Goth, and Christoph Waltz. From the trailer, it appears that we will be seeing a gothic tragedy as apposed to a traditional horror film.
Frankenstein lives this November on Netflix.
