Dynamite’s ‘Karma’ Returns Vol. 2

Karma is back.

The original Dynamite graphic novel by Dan Wickline and Carlos Reno told the tale of Karma, a “supermodel looking to expand her brand,” and Alex, a “professional photographer that specializes in product advertising.” The pair meet, find a certain spark. but also face their burgeoning relationship challenged by all manner of problems, including the spicy sort.

According to the publisher, Vol. 2 deals with “the real pressures a relationship must endure while growing, but also includes the wild, erotic adventures that Karma finds herself in, from a BDSM shoot, to a wild industry party to an intimate and sexy trip to get ice cream. The passion and adventure that drew these two together gets ramped up even higher in this new story.”

“Finding love is only the first step,” Wickline added in a statement. “Two people coming together is a very intimate and personal thing, but once the rest of the world finds out, a whole new kind of pressure gets added and we get to see how the new couple will handle it. Sometimes life has its own plans for you.”

Karma Vol. 2 , with a cover by Stjepan Šejic, arrives in shops this September.
