‘Barbarous’ Chapter 6 Now On Kickstarter

Barbarous is a magical slice-of-life drama created by Ananth Hirsh and Yuko Ota. The long-running web comic follows Wizard Academy dropout Percy, who works as an assistant to Leeds, the monstrous superintendent of an apartment building. But when Percy’s ex, Cameron, comes back into her life she and Leeds will face their biggest challenge yet.
Hirsh and Ota have created a beautiful and engaging fantasy drama that’s like a spiritual successor to Maison Ikkiku by Rumiko Takahashi. Now the creators are turning to Kickstarter to bring readers an oversized print edition of the popular webcomic. The creators had this to say about their campaign:
Barbarous is serialized online — you can read it all here. The last chapter of Season 2 has just started posting online! This campaign is to raise funds for a Chapter 6 Leeds-sized Edition, to complement the previously released Chapter 1-6 Leeds-sized Editions (and which you can also pick up as a part of this campaign)! These are printed at a larger trim of 9 x 11.5″, as a nod towards the style of french albums. The book will be 48 pages long.
