And now, as promised, we’ll end with a series of those cracking cover images from Something Is Killing The Children, the fabulous series from Boom!, created by James Tynion IV and Werther Dell’Edera in 2019. Over the last six years, it’s just become something of a phenomenon, delivering month after month.

The series follows Erica Slaughter, monster-hunter in the town of Archer’s Peak, Wisconsin. As you’d have guessed, it’s full of thrills and chills, as the body count grows and grows. An excellent series and one we here at Comicon have been behind from the off. Have a look here for our archive of previews and reviews of the series. And have a look at Tom Smithyman and Tony Thornley‘s ‘New To You Comics‘ series for an overview and a feel of what to expect. But, as you enjoy the art following, do make a note to go out and pick up the first couple of books – you’re going to love it.
