Ludo Lullabi’s ‘Ghost Pepper’ Returns With A New Story Arc

Ghost Pepper, by Ludo Lullabi and colourist Adriano Lucas, returns with a sixth issue and a new plot line. And to help promote this popular sci-fi series, Skybound/Image Comics has revealed a first look at the forthcoming issue’s covers. Including several “Action Figure” variant covers (Cover C) by Frédéric Pham Chuong that will span the run of this new storyline (issues #6-#12).

“Ghost Pepper introduced readers to a reality where humanity survived a monstrous threat, but the world isn’t better for everyone. Every day Loloi hits the road to deliver her delicious cooking to the masses, outsmarting her treacherous competition and staying one step ahead of the massive robots “protecting” them all. But everything changes when she serves a mysterious warrior named Ash, whose secrets might just save the world … if his superhuman strength doesn’t destroy it first.

The second story arc of Ghost Pepper begins in the aftermath of a major battle, when Loloi brings Ash to her home village, which has been overrun by a corrupt mayor and his augmented henchmen! All the while, hunters are closing in…”
