Skybound Announces ‘Super Creepshow’ Featuring Capes And Cowls Of The Creepiest Kind

After the success of the Super Creepshow Special last year, Skybound let it be known that a new five-issue anthology series is on its way. Super Creepshow will focus on “superheroes and supervillains of the creepiest variety,” giving Skybound another excuse to create more fun parodies of classic, iconic comic book covers, as you can see in the accompanying gallery of covers below, including Cover A for issues #2-#4 by Pye Parr.

Just like the regular Creepshow comic book series, each issue of Super Creepshow will contain two different stories from some of the most talented creators working in the biz. And they are: Kieron Gillen (Young Avengers, Darth Vader), Rossi Gifford (Spirit Leaves), Ryan North (Fantastic Four), Derek Charm (The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl), Gerry Dugan (X-Men), Scott Buoncristiano (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Marv Wolfman (The New Teen Titans), Michele Rubini (Zagor), James Harren (Ultramega), Brandon Thomas (Bitter Root), Juann Cabal (Birds of Prey), Ram V (New Gods), Christian Ward (Batman: City of Madness), Sam Humphries (Green Lanterns), Jackson Lanzing & Collin Kelly (Star Trek), Sean Izaakse (Green Arrow), Matteo Lolli (Deadpool),Riccardo Burchiell (DMZ), and Fábio Veras (Two-Face).
