Peacock’s latest original documentary in partnership with WWE chronicles Michaels’ professional journey with The Fed and his personal struggles that led to one of the most improbable redemption stories in WWE history. Viewers will be taken on a journey through his life while also getting an inside look at Michaels’ role as the head of WWE’s developmental brand NXT.

Michaels is often regarded as the face of the Attitude era in WWE, which unofficially kicked off on November 9th, 1997 with The Montreal Screwjob. That was the exact moment when ‘wrestling’ stepped aside to make way for ‘sports entertainment,’ with the dethroning of The Excellence of Execution Bret ‘Hitman’ Hart in favor of The Showstopper and his bawdy, over-the-top theatrics.
