Dynamite Announces ‘The Complete Gail Simone Red Sonja’ Paperpack Collection

Gail Simone‘s Red Sonja is back in a one-volume collection.
On Tuesday, Dynamite announced The Complete Gail Simone Red Sonja, a paperpack reprinting of Simone and artist Walter Geovani‘s celebrated Red Sonja run. Clocking in at over 500 pages, the tome includes Red Sonja #0-18 and a number of extras. One example: a cover gallery including work from Jenny Frison, Nicola Scott, Fiona Staples, Amanda Conner, Stephanie Buscema, and more.
Stories featured in the complete collection see an updated origin for the Hykranian warrior, the introduction of memorable supporting characters, and numerous villains — including one who made her way into last years Red Sonja feature film.
Simone’s follow-up, the Swords of Sorrow crossover event with Sonja, Vampirella, Dejah Thoris, and more, is already available as its own 500-page collection, but will make for a more complete and bookshelf-ready collection alongside the new complete paperback.
The Complete Gail Simone Red Sonja is due out this summer.
