Dynamite Plans ‘Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas’ Collected Edition Release This Summer

Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas is upon us again.
Dynamite announced Thursday its plans to collect The Nightmare Before Christmas: The Shiver of Christmas into a handsome one-volume edition. Written by Torunn Grønbekk (Red Sonja, Thor) with art by Edu Menna (Army of Darkness), the tale sees the trio of Lock, Shock, and Barrel — along with Dr. Finkelstein’s latest creation — making their way to Christmas Town. Naturally, everything goes sideways and it’s up to Sally to set things right. If she can, of course. Jack Skellington, meanwhile, ponders what’s become of her, as seen in one of the preview pages below:
The collected edition will be available in both hardcover and paperback with new covers by Jae Lee — Jack on the paperback, Sally on the hardcover.
Along with Long Live the Pumpkin Queen: The Graphic Novel, The Shiver of Christmas continues the expansion of the Nightmare world at Dynamite.
Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas — The Shiver of Christmas collected edition is due out later this summer.
