Trailer Watch — ‘Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2’

Based on the video game by CD Projekt Red and animated by Studio Trigger, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners was a surprise hit from 2022. The previous anime adaptation created a stand-alone and conclusive storyline that would be pretty hard to one-up. Fortunately, the trailer for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 features an all new cast of characters that are instantly compelling. Studio Trigger has always delivered flashy action spectacles with cosplayable characters — Llet’s just hope the strength of the story matches the appeal of the style.
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 will be streaming on Netflix this Fall.
