Marvel Comics Reveals First Look Inside October’s ‘Venom’ #1

Eddie Brock and his “other” have been separated for a few years but in October’s Venom #1 they’ll reunite, and it may have huge consequences for the Marvel Universe.
Currently Queen In Black is showing the dangers of the symbiotes and their gods — Hela and Knull — while Mary-Jane Watson is bonded with Venom to try to save the world. Meanwhile, Eddie Brock is in prison for the crimes he committed as both Venom and Carnage. Fans know these two always make their way back to each other though.
In Venom #1 from Charles Soule and Tommaso Bianchi, readers will get a glimpse at a new era for the lethal protector, and what their reunion means. Marvel has revealed unlettered interiors for the first issue. It looks like the duo are relishing their reunion, while simultaneously struggling.
In an interview with Marvel.com Soule said, “they’re two people who are being sort of tentative about this huge next step. To us, as readers, it feels natural, ‘Oh, of course Eddie’s Venom again,’ but to them, as characters, it’s a bigger deal. It feels both very right but also very dangerous. When Eddie and the Venom symbiote bond, historically, it’s meant massive things happening on a worldwide, galactic, sometimes even cosmos-wide level.”
