Image Comics Announces ‘Merciless’ — The Supernatural Sequel Series To ‘Mercy’ By Mirka Andolfo

Italian-based creator Mirka Andolfo (Unnatural, Sweet Paprika) returns to the cobbled streets and murky fog of Victorian England with a sequel to her international best seller, Mercy. The new four-issue miniseries, Merciless, from Image Comics, also welcomes artist Lidia Bolognini on board.
Here’s what you need to know about this new series:
“Fifteen years after having rid itself of the terrible Devil of Woodsburgh, the thriving former mining town has finally begun to let out a long-held breath … That is, until an enigmatic new Lady comes to town.
Rory has finally come of age and is ready to open her factory. But her arrival coincides with the uncanny: a strange new drug called Electric Sumac is coursing through the streets, leaving ordinary men and women unnaturally strong … and dangerously unhinged.
