The Romulan colonists on Yuyat Beta have taken Admiral Picard and Commander Musiker prisoner after their outburst over the enslavement of the Yuyatis. Thankfully, the Yuyatis have had enough and stage an armed uprising against the Romulans. This gives Picard and Musiker a chance to escape.
