Stealth is Detroit’s very own superhero. He fights the crime that has overtaken the streets, but his methods have become startlingly brutal. Meanwhile, we meet newspaper journalist Tony Barber. He has become angry with what has happened to Detroit, and he takes care of his father–whose memory and body has begun to fail him.
