Marvel Offers Silver Surfer: Black #1 Digital Director’s Cut Upgrade

The Silver Surfer fights his way out of oblivion after being imprisoned in a black hole by Thanos’ followers in Silver Surfer: Black. The first issue is available now and Marvel Comics has an upgrade available for anyone that pre-ordered or purchases a digital copy before 11:59 PM ET on June 25th, 2019. Your regular comic will get turned into the Director’s Cut version including a behind-the-scenes look at the series.
The Director’s Cut of Silver Surfer: Black #1 includes a draft of the issue’s script, pencil pages, inked pages, color pages, a variant cover gallery, never-before-seen character sketches, and more. This gives you a pretty interesting look at how this comic came together.
Silver Surfer: Black #1 is written by Donny Cates, illustrated by Tradd Moore, and colored by Dave Stewart. The Director’s Cut features additional artwork by Nick Bradshaw, Ron Lim, Gerald Parel, Mike Zeck, and more.
