Dark Horse and Lucasfilm have teamed up for The Art of Star Wars Rebels, a new limited edition art book looking at the popular animated series. Taking place in the early days of the Rebellion, Star Wars Rebels follows a tight-knit group of…well…rebels, all from various backgrounds. They’ve banded together against all odds to do their part in the larger mission of defeating the Galactic Empire.
The Art of Star Wars Rebels comes in a deluxe limited edition package with a slipcase complete with lightsaber sound effects and illuminating lights that appear when the case is opened. It will also feature a variant cover and a folio featuring an exclusive piece of art.
The collection includes never-before-seen concept art and process pieces paired with exclusive commentary from the animation team of Dave Filoni, Simon Kinberg, Carrie Beck, and the artists of Lucasfilm Animation.
The Art of Star Wars Rebels Limited Edition is set for release on March 17th, 2020. It will retail for $99.99 and is currently available for pre-order at your local comic shop, book store, and Amazon.
