The final issue of The Magicians is set for release next month and BOOM! Studios has shared an early preview. The series, set in the world of Lev Grossman’s The Magicians, follows the next generation of magic practitioners and ruler breakers. Check out a preview of issue #5 below:
As the true reason behind Brakebills welcoming Hedge Witches comes to light, the students realize that they are in even more danger than they realized. With their terrible secret bound in magic and blood, the students and adults are all heading blind into the coming storm.
The Magicians #5 is written by Lilah Sturges, illustrated by Pius Bak, colored by Gabriel Cassata, and lettered by Mike Fiorentino. It features a main cover by Qistina Khalidah and a tarot card variant cover by Alexa Sharpe. It’s set for release on March 4th, 2020.
