Announced during the GA Bunko Festival, popular anime and light novel series Is It Wrong To Try To Pick Up Girls In A Dungeon? (or as it’s called by it’s fans, ‘DanMachi’, based on it’s Japanese title) is getting a fourth season. With twelve million copies of the light novel sold, it’s no surprise that Fujino Omori and Suzuhito Yasuda’s series continues to get more adaptations.
Despite the name, DanMachi is more about it’s lead character Bell Cranel’s growth as a person. The series begins with him as the only member of a guild following a goddess no one else considers relevant. Running a guild out of a broken down home, Bell is responsible for growing and leading the guild all on his own. Though he starts out relatively weak, a skill he gains early in the first season allows him to essentially power-level, helping him catch up to some of the more powerful people in the city of Orario.
