Disney Announces Free To Play Racing Game ‘Disney: Speedstorm’

One of the stranger announcements during Nintendo’s most recent Nintendo Direct was Disney Speedstorm. Disney Speedstorm is a free to play racing game featuring characters from both Disney and Pixar’s history, with characters racing on courses based on iconic Disney and Pixar settings. Each racer will have their own special abilities to change up the gameplay, and new characters and content will be added with each new season of the game.

Disney Speedstorm currently doesn’t have a release date, but is scheduled to launch in the summer, and will come to both PC and consoles, which means it will likely be available for next-gen consoles.
