Paizo Staff Level Up To Leadership

Welcome to the table.

It is always caused for celebration when talented people take on the mantle of leadership in our community. Maggi Gallagher and Rai Kong have recently been promoted to the Leadership Team of Paizo.

Gallagher, who joined Paizo in Jan 2022, has over 20 years of Human resources, Diversity, and Equality expertise. Serving as an instructor, volunteer, and presenter for several LGBTQ+ organizations Maggi has recently worked with groups and organizations that are actively advocating for the rights of transgender individuals. Maggi is now the Vice President of People and Culture.

Kong, who joined Paizo in 2018, started her career in web design/UX and web development in the computer gaming industry working both for software companies and gaming review websites. Upon joining the Paizo team she brought her wealth of e-com, web development, and management experience to the team.

Paizo’s President Jim Butler has said “I’ve worked closely with Maggie and Rai during their time here at Paizo, and I’m excited to add their expertise and vision as we lead Paizo into its third decade of gaming.”
