Free League’s New Offering ‘The Bloodmarch’ Marches On The Forbidden Lands

A good setting book can fuel a TTRPG campaign for months if not years. The idea seeds that get planted can turn into all sorts of fun situations and provide hours upon hours of fun for players and storytellers alike. Free League does a lot of things really well, but one of the things they really knock out of the part is providing truly memorable settings for TTRPG players to explore.
With Free League’s new offering The Bloodmarch, the Forbidden Lands TTRPG setting is going to get even stranger.
In the Forbiden Lands setting The Bloodmarch is the volcanic region west of Ravenland, accessible as the Shadowgate Pass is again opened. This ancient land of battle-ready horse riders and secretive dwarves is rapidly changing, due to the demonic vegetation spreading across the land. Most see this red curse as a threat to all that is good, while others view it as a good thing, or at the least a necessary evil, that will help them reach their goals.
With The Bloodmarch players will be able to choose a side, or side with their own interests, as the Legacy of Horn campaign sets explorers on a hunt for Horn´s Astra, a legendary set of artifacts sought by many in the ashen land.
These powerful items are said to be able to stop the demonic growth or, if your party chooses to go another direction, be powerful enough to ensure its triumph.
