Superstar Artist Tom Reilly Covers ‘Star Wars: Dark Droids — D-Squad’

Some fantastic new cover art has been revealed for Marvel’s upcoming Star Wars: Dark Droids event. Now superstar artist Tom Reilly joins the line-up on the tie-in miniseries Star Wars: Dark Droids — D-Squad!
The D-Squad was a group of highly skilled droids that R2-D2 led in the Clone Wars. Now, in a miniseries from Marc Guggenheim, Salva Espin, and David Messina, Artoo reassembles the team, with several new members. The team- including Chopper, IG-88, 4-LOM, WAC-47, BT-1, and 000- will come together to fight the Scourge, a new villain that’s taking over and corrupting droids across the galaxy.
Reilly will be stepping in to provide variant covers for the entire series, and revealed the first on the batch today, featuring none other than series star and everyone’s favorite droid, Artoo!
