DSTLRY Unveils ‘Somna’ #1 Variant Covers From Tula Lotay And Jae Lee

Superstar comic artist Jae Lee is lending his creative talents to the upcoming DSTLRY series Somna.
Lee, along with series co-writer and co-artist Tula Lotay, are each contributing an open-order variant cover to the series’ premiere issue, which is due out November 22, 2023. Lee is well known for his distinctive style in such comics as Inhumans and Uncanny X-Men. Lotay, who was known for her covers, recently completed her first inside artwork on Barnstormers. In keeping with the tone of the series, Lotay’s cover is erotic in nature and will come polybagged.
Somna is an erotic folk-horror comic series from Lotay and Becky Cloonan. Somma explores puritanical oppression and forbidden passion and will be presented in oversized, 48-page perfect bound issues. The pair, who have been developing the supernatural series for over a decade, both write and illustrate the full series.
The first issue will also feature previously announced covers from Cloonan, Lotay, Joelle Jones, Junko Mizuno and Dave Johnson.
