Outland Games Launches ‘Beasts & Botanicals: Witches Of Eruses’ On Kickstarter

Are you a TTRPG fan looking for something a little different? Have you wanted to give a spin on a dark cottage core fantasy world? Outland Games’ new Kickstarter might be just right for you.
Beasts & Botanicals: Witches of Eruses is a new 5th Edition RPG zine created by artist Ann Marie Cochran and Comicon’s own Anton Kromoff. The campaign is limited to just 7 days and will only print 100 copies. Even better though, all the work is done, so the only question mark is printing and shipping.
From the campaign description:
“In the northern mountains, far enough from the summer lands that travel requires cold weather gear to be comfortable, lies a deep, mist-shrouded forest most would refer to as “witch haunted.” The air is thick with the scent of damp earth and decaying leaves, and the only sounds that break the stillness are the wind through the branches of the massive old growth trees, the occasional cries of horned owls, or the calls of primordial beasts that hunt in the hours between dusk and dawn.
“This is a place where time seems to stand still, where the veil between worlds is thin, and where the secrets of the universe lie hidden just beyond reach. In this place of beauty and terror, a place where the rules of the world as you know them no longer apply, and where the only thing you can be sure of is that nothing is quite as it seems, you will find the Witches of Eruses, with their strange walking houses and homemade bread that lets you speak with elder gods.“
