‘Lawmen: Bass Reeves’ Ready To Lay Down The Law On Blu-ray And DVD In April

There’s a new lawman in town.
Paramount+’s popular western Lawmen: Bass Reeves is arriving on Blu-ray and DVD in April from Paramount Home Entertainment.
Revealing the untold true story of one of the Old West’s most legendary lawman, Bass Reeves stars David Oyelowo (Selma) as as a former slave-turned-U.S. Marshal who arrested more than 3,000 outlaws during his career, but struggled with the job’s cost on himself and his family during a turbulent era of US history.
Created for TV by Chad Feehan (Ray Donovan), Bass Reeves also counts Oyelowo and Yellowstone mastermind Taylor Sheridan among its executive producers.
Bass Reeves also stars Lauren E. Banks, Donald Sutherland, Demi Singleton, Forrest Goodluck, Barry Pepper, Grantham Coleman, Shea Whigham, and Dennis Quaid.
Bonus features include featurettes and behind-the-scenes docs exploring the world of the show, plus an interview with production designer Wynn Thomas (Malcolm X, Hidden Figures).
Bass Reeves will be available in a three-disc Blu-ray or three-disc DVD set, both featuring all eight episodes, on April 30th.
