WonderCon 2024: Up-Close Looks At Toy Reveals From The Hasbro Panel

If you were looking for toy reveals this weekend, WonderCon 2024 was the place to be. Both Jakks Pacific and McFarlane Toys all held panels highlighting their upcoming products. Also in attendance was Hasbro, who create collectibles over many different brands including G.I. Joe, Transformers, and Star Wars to name a few. 

They announced many different action figures and sets at their panel. More importantly, they hosted the media afterwards to take an up close look and many of the reveals.

One of Hasbro’s biggest brands is Star Wars. They showed a live action Ezra Bridger resembling Eman Esfandi in the hologram message Sabine Wren rewatches and a Kanan Jarrus from the first season of Star Wars Rebels. Also from the Rebels crew is Zeb Orrelios. All three are part of The Vintage Collection and release this summer. From The Black Series, is a new Momaw Nadon (Hammerhead) figure that drops this fall.

From the Transformers Studio series wave two are concept art Sunstreaker and Shockwave from Bumblebee, Gamer Edition Sideswipe, and Swoop from The Transformers Movie. Unfortunately, they did not have any samples of the TMNT/Transformers collaboration on display. Some of the name reveals include Cybertron Universe Hot Shot and Infernac Universe Nucleous. 

The Marvel Legends crew showed Deadpool and Wolverine from the Deadpool Legacy collection that are package refreshes for those who couldn’t pick them up the first time. They announced an Iron Man retro line composed of Iron Man (Model 20), Whiplash, Iron Man (Model 9), Count Nefaria, Iron Man (Model-01 Gold), and She-Hulk. 

Fans of the original Ghostbusters film will enjoy the 1:18 Scale 1984 Ecto-1 and Plasma Pack 3.75” O-ring figures. 

Finally from G.I.Joe are Classic Retro Cardback Beach Head, Snow Serpent, and Cobra Eel that will release this summer. They also announced the Classified Cobra Ferret ATV and Scout, but due to a shipping mishap, didn’t have it in-person.
