Adult Animation Revolution: ‘Murder Drones’ Episode 7 Delivers Mass Destruction

Murder Drones is an action horror/comedy web series created by Liam Vickers and produced by Glitch Productions. The CG series takes place in a world where mankind has colonized most of space and left the Worker Drones to rot. The series introduces a large cast of quirky characters and has delivered many twists and turns. I would recommend watching the series from the beginning to fully appreciate the payoffs in this latest episode.
Episode 7 is called “Mass Destruction” and certainly lives up to the name. Glitch Production’s pulled out all the stops and managed to deliver jaw-dropping fights and body-horror on a scale unseen even in CG animated feature films. This was like doing the Fate Stay Night: Heaven’s Feel films on a tighter budget. Murder Drones is qualitatively lightyears better than any CG or web cartoon I had growing up. Liam Vickers could very well be an animation director to watch out for in the future.
