Rise Up Animation is an industry collective dedicated to providing support to all People of Color with the goal of helping diverse talent “Rise Up” in the Animation Industry. This week, the team led a discussion with Production Designer Patrick O’Keefe and Visual Effects Supervisor Mike Lasker about their work on Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse. It’s wonderful to see diversity within animation becoming more normalized and celebrated. Aspiring artists and animators are sure the gain some insight from this lengthy discussion.
