by David Lewis

Heading to San Diego Comic-Con in a few weeks? So is Paramount, and they’re bringing Star Trek, Spongebob Squarepants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and others along for the ride.

After a cross-country tour, Paramount’s The Lodge is re-locating to sunny San Diego and is sure to please fans of all types. Located at Happy Does in the Gaslamp section of San Diego, just minutes from the convention center, The Lodge will offer a slew of fan celebrations and immersive activations.

Visit The Lodge to grab a slice in a radical pizza parlor inspired by the new series Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, create a customized Star Trek t-shirt, solve a case in the manner of Criminal Minds: Evolution, or pick up a scent of your choosing at Woodstone Manor’s Olfactory Atelier, inspired by CBS’ Ghosts.

Fans can also get a temporary airbrush tattoo just like the folks on Ink Master, take a photo with the imaginary friends from IF, and go “jellyspotting” in Bikini Bottom with SpongeBob, who’s celebrating his 25th anniversary.

Last but not least, Sylvester Stallone stans will be able to visit the BRED2BUCK Saloon from Tulsa King, where you can sip themed drinks, see props from the show, and simultaneously explore the world of CBS Sports.

The Lodge will be open to the public July 24th from 6 to 10 pm, July 25th to 27th from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., and July 28th from 10 am to 7 pm. Happy Does is located at 340 Fifth Ave., San Diego, CA 92101. While RSVPs are currently unavailable, those interested in visiting can check here to sign up for notifications on possible reservation slots or join the standby line each day of the convention.
